RIDGE MEADOWS BRUINS RUGBY CLUB

Ridge Meadows Bruins Rugby Club is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic coaches to join our growing team. Whether you're a former player, experienced coach, or someone passionate about youth sports and rugby, this is your chance to make a difference in the local community while growing your coaching skills.

We are looking for committed coaches for our Men’s Division 2, U14/U18 Boys, and U16/U18 Girls teams for the 2025/2026 seasons and to come. No prior coaching experience is needed for youth teams. We provide all necessary training, mentorship, and support.

Open Coaching Positions:

  • Men’s Division 2 -  Head and/or Assistant Coach

    • Rugby coaching and/or playing experience highly recommended

    • Leadership and strategy development responsibilities

    • Compensation provided

  • U14/U18 Boys Coach

    • No coaching experience required

    • Perfect for former players or new coaches interested in youth development

  • U16/U18 Girls Coach

    • No coaching experience required

    • Female coaches and players especially encouraged to apply

  • Men’s Div. 2: Ideal for those with a background in adult rugby, whether you've coached or played at a competitive level

Time Commitment:

  • Flexible evening/weekend practices and games

  • Most teams practice 1-2 times per week at Telosky Stadium with weekend matches mostly in the Lower Mainland
